Inspired by the Hawaiian word "huli" which means "to turn".  Huli Huli Chicken is a popular dish of barbecued chicken with a sweet and savory marinade and glaze.  The dish is prepared with the chicken turning over and over while grilling. Unfortunately, the Huli Huli Wipeout isn't as nice.
